Job Description:
Our company advises German and international clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, e.g. sell-side and buy-side mandates as well as privatisations. During your internship you can expect to support our experi-enced and dynamic team on live and attractive mandates. You will have the chance to gain an hand-on expo-sure to all main aspects of our day-to-day business. The variety of tasks will give you the chance to apply your broad theoretic knowledge and to make a valuable contribution to the success of our company. As of day one, you will be directly involved in projects and execute your tasks together with our junior team members as well as our senior staff. Your tasks will include:
- Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms
- Internet and database research
- Preparation of financial analyses
- Support in company valuation (DCF and multiples analysis).
Requirements:
Besides an excellent first degree in business, economics or law you are an enthusiastic, dynamic team player with a solid understanding of economic aspects and strong communication skills. In addition, you are familiar with MS Office. As a lot of our transactions involve German clients, extensive German skills are indispensable for this internship.
